1. Live Fish Purchases
- Live Fish Guarantee: We take extra care in shipping our discus fish to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition. However, because live animals are susceptible to stress and other factors during transit, we cannot offer a full refund for fish unless they arrive dead or in poor condition. In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the fish with photographic evidence of the condition of the fish upon arrival.
- Refund Process for Dead or Damaged Fish:
- If your discus fish arrives dead, you must send us a clear photo or video of the dead fish, along with the shipping box and packaging, within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a refund or replace the fish, depending on stock availability and your preference.
- Live Fish Return Policy: Due to the nature of live animal sales, we cannot accept returns of live fish for any reason other than arrival dead or in poor condition as stated above.
2. Aquarium Equipment, Supplies, and Non-Live Products
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns for aquarium supplies, equipment, and other non-living products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in unused, unopened, and resellable condition.
